At LaceMade, we want you to feel enchanting in every piece; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the delicate lace detailing is handled with care during the return process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package with Care

  Place the items in their original garment bags and secure them in a sturdy shipping box to protect the delicate fabrics during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our atelier inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
